And after 3 days of painting, now I'm missing the Dill Pickle.....

There isn't any food on the table when you sneak onto it:

Here is how to tell if something is very wrong with your dog. 

1. He retreats under the bed.

2. He doesn't come out for hours. 

3. He doesn't come out for dinner or treats. This is very unusual for bulldogs in any circumstance.

4. He does not eat the treat placed on his face, despite the fact he is awake.

Over an hour later, the treat is still there. Dog is actually awake. 

5. He does not eat the treat when it is placed half way inside his mouth.

6. If peanut butter is introduced to the situation, and your dog still shows no interest, something is very very wrong. 

The peanut butter jar is still under the bed.

Halloween to-do activity #4 Status: Corn Maze Accomplished (a long time ago).

• I don't know what it is about being lost in a field of nothing but mud and corn that everyone enjoys.
• I know EXACTLY what it is about shooting a pumpkin from an air compression cannon at Iron Man targets that everyones enjoys- Smashing stuff.

Lessons learned this year about corn mazing: don't follow a dog around. Not even a hunting dog was able to find its way around, despite the fact he marked the trail every couple of yards.
