Nic's "Chicken Gone Thanksgiving" spread
Ingredients:
1-can of chicken breast
1-package of dried cranberries
2 scoops of mayo
1 bag toast crackers
1 bag thinly sliced almonds
Directions:
1. Drain the can of chicken as much as possible to get the chicken as dry as possible
2. Add the 2 scoops of mayo
3. Using a fork, smush while mixing the mayo and breaking up the chicken chicken
4. Add in the cranberries and mix
5. Place mixture in serving dish
6. Pour a thin layter of the sliced almonds on top of the mixture
7. Serve with toast chips
This recipe was given to me by Nicola, a coworker. He brought a little in one day and shared it with us (because he shares his food with us every day), and everyone liked it so much that he had to bring a big batch later that week. I made this for Bailey's birthday and was disappointed that everyone was too scared to try it. Best spread you will ever have.
